For instance, the walnuts that you consume look like a brain. It might be a coincidence, but several foods resemble human body parts and remind you of what to eat to target specific body parts.

Everyone looks for the food that is nutritional and also keeps body fit. He/she looks for the best diet plan to follow to stay fit and fine. What's surprising is, certain foods that you eat look like body parts and benefit the body in several ways.

Do you know other food than walnut that appears to be similar like body part but not known about much? If not, below is a list of healthy foods that surprises you while appearing in the form of a kidney, eye, ear, and more.
